Happy Thanksgiving: Why Turkeys Make Us Proud of Our Employees

Over 50 years ago, Regal Cutting Tools began the tradition of providing Thanksgiving turkeys to all employee families. Each manager personally presents and thanks their employees for their significant individual and collective contributions. We acknowledge the blessings of this holiday and recommend that time with family and loved ones takes precedent over work. In most cases our facilities are closed for the long weekend.

This tradition has energized some of our employees to:

• volunteer at the Salvation Army
• help out local food pantries, and in many cases,
• donate their turkey to families in need.

We are proud of our employees for the kindness and generosity they display toward those in need.
