Alu-Mill End Mills
Regal’s Alu-Mills are designed for high performance when machining aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. The special design combining high helix and a tightly controlled cylindrical margin offers rigidity at the cutting edge while allowing for excellent chip removal with a larger chip pocket achieving superior chip evacuation. The construction provides the benefit of high cutting accuracy combined with outstanding surface finish. The styles of Alu-Mill include 2 and 3 flutes some with corner radius to avoid corner chipping, extended reach for tough to access locations, and ALTiN and TiCN coated Alu-Mills for high speed machining.
