Regal Cutting Tools Introduces Our New Line of Particle Metal High Performance End Mills

We are proud to introduce the new SuperTuf-V and Cobalt V3 high performance end mills. Manufactured from proprietary micro-grain powdered metal, these mills allow Regal to outpace our competition in machining Titanium, Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys and even Aluminum.  The SuperTuf-V has even been proven to increase tool life and ensure superior finish at high stock removal rates.

Extensive development and field testing shows these products have great promise. Customers in the aerospace and automotive industries have found SuperTuf-V and Cobalt V3 meet their production and tool life requirements at a favorable cost.

Regal Cutting Tools presents three new product lines

SuperTuf-VThese variable helix end mills are offered in regular, long and extended reach. Used for machining Titanium, Stainless Steel & Nickel Alloys, the SuperTuf-V are designed to maximize heat resistance, and reduce vibration.

Cobalt V3 Variable: helix end mills are designed to minimize deflection when using heavy cuts in aluminum at high feed rates. Superior finish using less torque is a bonus.

Cobalt Rougher/FinisherThe truncated tooth design, in combination with cobalt particle metal, minimizes deflection and provides outstanding chip and heat removal at high material removal rates. The extended reach is designed for deep pocketing and contouring.

High performance milling using cost effective materials and designs was our goal.
These products have been developed to compete with carbide end mills on a cost per inch basis. We believe we have succeeded.
