The Regal team is dedicated to being the industry’s finest when it comes to providing quotes, order information, or handling issues that did not meet our customers’ expectations.  Our well-trained, knowledgeable customer service staff is available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central time to assist our distributors and customers.  They have immediate access to our Technical Support organizations located at both our manufacturing locations in Roscoe, Illinois and Loris, South Carolina.
 
Our product engineering group is here to assist you in designing the optimum tap, end mill or drill to meet the specific dimensions required for your production, repair or maintenance needs. On a daily basis, a highly experienced team made up of customer service, engineering, quality and production members meet to review new applications and those that did not meet expectations to ensure a quick response to our customers. Production and shipping departments are also provided with daily performance reports compared to goals with our customers always foremost in every measurement.
 
With commitment from our employees, we’re also the leader in 24-hour special taps. Regal has over 60 years of experience serving our customers with a quick turnaround time. Simply put, all Regal employees know we are here to serve our customers.
 
Through a network of strategically located manufacturer’s representatives, we provide face to face technical assistance. These experienced application-oriented people are available to help with performance problems or new applications. A contact list is attached.
