Andy Neyer

I started at Regal Cutting Tools in 2011 as a manufacturing expeditor fresh out of college at Northern Illinois University. After pursuing a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and with the use of my degree in Mathematics, I was soon promoted as a Production Scheduler. In this position, continuous improvement was my sole mission within the plants day to day operations. Continuous improvement intended to offer the best possible customer service achievable through shortened lead times, on time deliveries, and quality products. A couple years down the road, I was promoted to Distribution Manager. With the help of a shift lead, I was still able to operate as Production Scheduler and dig deeper into improving our manufacturing process and distribution operations. Ultimately, my goal originating from hire was and is to offer an exceptional service to our customers .Most recently; I accepted an application engineering position to use my experience in manufacturing, commitment to customer service, and understanding of mathematics to help our customers resolve performance options.
